Very beautiful impressive office space. I did the online questionnaire and my appointment was at 1:30 by 1:39 I was already in the consultation room and I was out by 230. I had my ears cleaned and a consultation with the audiologist. Everyone was very kind And considerate. I am pretty sure I was one of the first patients seen when they returned from lunch and the waiting room was practically empty when I first got there at 1:15. When I left at 2:30 PM, there was barely a seat to be found in the waiting room.

I want to shout out a great experience with Dr. Dobson at the clinic today. She did a new hearing aid test on me and perform miracles on my hearing aids and gave me one of the best Christmas presents ever everyone at this clinic is awesome. They are just so nice and go out of their way to be so helpful and make you happy. Great experience.

If this is how the experience begins, I see no reason to return. I’m extremely disappointed in this facility. Waiting over three hours past my scheduled appointment time for a brief assessment was unacceptable. The doctor and staff were unfriendly, dismissive, and showed no concern for the excessive wait, simply stating, ‘That’s just how it is.’ It’s clear from the ongoing reviews that nothing has been done to address these recurring issues, and patient care remains a low priority here. I will never go back.

I would love to give this clinic a 5. But the woman at the check-in desk is in the wrong profession. She makes my experience less than desirable every time I come in. Highly recommend sending her through a customer service training.

Went here for a new patient appointment for my 6 year old last week. Originally had an appointment for September. The office called mad said there was an cancellation that day that I could bring her in. I am so glad I did! Upon entering, the office was very clean and organized, we were greeted right away, taken back within 10 minutes and seen in a timely fashion. Brandon identified the problem immediately! (which her PCP couldn't a week earlier) I drive 50 minutes to get here and am so glad I found this office. I highly, highly recommend!!!

Had an appointment for Monday 14 , tried to cancel calling the office on Thursday and Friday last week couldn't get ahold due to Hurricane milton but left a message in the chat . I called today to reschedule explaining everything, the lady over the phone tells me I did no show to the appointment,and I need to pay $50 fee , but for what I'm explaining to you what happened and you were closed ? Then she told me to call the billing department? I just don't see the reason why I have to do that if I was responsible enough to let you know beforehand. Such an inconvenient and unpleasant experience.

My son’s stepfather tried to bring him to his appointment this morning and was told that a biological parent was needed for my son to be seen. This despite his STEPmom setting up the appointment the day before, and putting my fiancé’s name on the paperwork. They then claimed that he wasn’t on the paperwork. They also were confused how a child could have ‘two step-parents.’ Nonsense policy, but at least make it clear if you’re going to adhere to archaic definitions of family.
