Having a Doula at my grandson’s birth was amazing. The knowledge, support, calmness and encouragement from Tyneka was amazing. This was my first experience with a doula and after 6 labours and being present at the births of 4 other grandchildren, I really hope that any future births I am involved in, have a Doula. It is next level and a truly magical experience

This amazing woman was born for this job. She went above and beyond to support me and I felt so comfortable in her presence. My birth didn't go to plan (haha do they ever?) but it didn't matter, I felt such pure and positive energy and I know I had the birth I was supposed to have. She has a wealth of knowledge and I would recommend her to anyone seeking a doula.

Tyneka was like an angel who entered our life at a most raw, emotion and vulnerable time. Her support, knowledge and nurturing soul were so welcome in our birthing space. And that care continued once we were home again, she was a safe space for silly questions and a invaluable wealth of knowledge 💕

Hi Tyneka & the bare nest ❤️
I just thought I would message to say thank you for my amazing appointment the other day. My shoulders are up around my ears dealing all day with the chaos of two toddlers and a taxing third pregnancy and my experience with you was such a breath of fresh air. It may have even been the first time I have actually stopped and considered the babe growing inside of me. You are warm and experienced and knew how to help me with my hip pain which didn’t keep me up that night. A divine massage and I felt truly special. It was the ultimate treat I didn’t know I needed. Thank you for all that you do ❤️ I’ll be back soon x
