Was 1 of the very first patients when this clinic opened. Used to be a great place. Now u r out of pocket to see a doctor. Most of the good doctors left the practice.
Absolutely useless reception staff. Asked for a change in doctors names as the specialist was unavailable, had to chase them up 3 times.
Did a scan & they dont want to give scan images. Their repsonse "u have to get it from the lab yourself". U know a lie when you hear 1. Coz the lab never gives patients the report, its send to the referring GP.
Avoid this place at all costs. Unless u want to wait 25 mins, in spite of an appointment & pay money out of pocket.

Dr Saru & Dr Israt Has been my Doctors at this clinic and have looked after me for a few years, such wonderful and professional Doctors at this practice would highly recommend them, they have helped me with a range of health concerns of mine, the $25 is worth it for this practice at others it can be a lot more.

I am glad to be a regular patient with Dr.Saru and must say that she is one of the most passionate and caring GP in the Avenue Family Medical Clinic.
Rest of the practicing staff is good as well including all the receptionists.
I would strongly recommend this clinic and in particular Dr.Saru to all those suffering patients who look forward to have cure for their pain and sufferings.

Highly recommended Dr sriranganathan visnumogan registration to be taken. Provided the most unsafe practices, refuse to discuss health matters with patients due to ' I'm not well myself, I had a fall last week, many patients in the waiting room. Complain if you want to but I can only see you for 2 matters today'. Yet, he took forever ( the slowest Dr ever that we've seen in our entire life) on a blood test result. I haven't get to discuss or even get a chance to bring up the reason to why I'm Here today. He failed to even pick up the sign that his patients is in pain. Obvious neck swelling . He simply told us to make another appointment because ' I'm not well today myself ' so why are you at work? And ' only two drs on today, I don't have time '. Since when GP put on a limitation of how many health's issue we can discuss per appointment? And since patient is there already, we were told to make another appointment? Is this a joke? This clinic is such a money hunger. They don't want to see you to help you with your health issue. They want you to keep coming back so Medicare can pay to their Dr bills. But the truth is nothing is discuss bc ' no time'. The absolute worse dr clinic ever. I work in Ed myself and this is an unacceptable service

Dr. Sharulatha has been my GP for the past three years, and I’ve always been very satisfied with the care I receive. Booking an appointment is easy, and the wait time is usually reasonable. Dr.Sharulatha is a great listener and always takes time to explain things clearly, making sure I understand my treatment options. when i had my pregnancy she supported and followed up as a gp.
I really appreciate how she makes me feel comfortable and never rushes through the visit. I highly recommend Dr.sharulatha to anyone looking for a caring and professional GP."

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Saru during my baby's first immunization appointment today . From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive. Dr. Saru answered all my questions, making me feel informed and at ease.

During the immunization, the doctor and the nurse were gentle and comforting, ensuring my baby felt as little discomfort as possible. I was given clear instructions to hold the baby for admintering the shots efficiently.Their professionalism and care truly stood out, and I appreciate the follow-up advice provided for post-vaccine care.

Overall, I highly recommend Dr.
Saru for pediatric immunizations and women’s care. Her expertise and compassionate approach made a potentially stressful experience much more manageable.She has been our family doctor for the past 5 years and I have been seeing her during my pregnancy , my eldest child and husband have also received excellent care from her during the years.If you’re looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate doctor, I can't recommend Dr. Saru enough!

Its shop not a clinic with good human being.
I went to clinic in high fever and told by rude staff that I need to Pay $25 for walk-in. I didn’t ask them to cancel anyone’s else appointment but just to squeeze us whenever time is available.
They want to squeeze money for everything now.
I asked a legitimate question where it is written that I need to pay $25 , she said I am the one who is telling you it’s $25.
They must display the service charges if applicable. They want people but with extra money.
