I had a great experience at the Sofitel during Vivid for my birthday. Customer service was fast, simple, responsive, and accommodating (5/5). The service offered was amazing, modular, and accurate for our needs. I never once felt that my needs were not met (5/5). The all-inclusive package met all our financial requirements, allowing us to explore the city and go to new places (5/5).

I would recommend it, especially for people who are not sure how to spend NDIS. A little research can transform your weekend, or, in my case, birthday!

(My package was for short-term respite through NDIS and was all-inclusive).

Oh my goodness, if you or your children have a current NDIS Plan, please I exhort youALL to sign up asap.
Our choices of accommodations were great.
We chose to stay at Pacific Palms, in a 3 bedroom townhouse, fantastic! Tennis court, close to town, excellent people, excellent service, close to the beaches, close to Forster..
My family who live in Forster Keys agreed also..
Yes, you can have your friends and family over too..that was a delightful bonus..
I highly recommend AHC..we’re doing this again, somewhere different, a cruise

The ndis respite unit was gorgeous and comfortable it felt like home, the place was spotless and had everything you needed to have a really nice couple of nights away thanks so much to the owners for making my stay as comfortable and relaxing as it was
