We had a great visit with Dr. Jones. She was very pleasant. The visit did not take a long time either. My 2 sons had appointments also. They enjoyed their visit also. The staff was great and friendly.

This was my first time meeting Ms. Jones NP. I was quite impressed by her professionalism. She has a wonderful personality and a warm bedside manner. I will definitely keep her as my internist.

She was fantastic! She took time to listen and explained things so they are understandable. I enjoyed meeting and talking with her. The ladies at the front desk were very welcoming, helpful and nice.

This was my son’s first visit to the Texas Specialty Clinic and it was a good experience. The provider Ms. Tenecia Jones was very professional , patient, compassionate, and knowledgeable. She educated my son on his health and she explained it where he could understand the importance of having a healthy lifestyle.

I’d recommend her to anyone who is in need of a great provider that cares about the wellbeing of patients under her care.

Today was my first visit. The staff was nice and Tenecia Jones was AWESOME!! She was polite, and listened. The appointment was all about me. She was patient and thorough. I’ve been in search for a doctor like this and I feel like I finally scored.

Unfortunately the experience was not at a five star as i thought. Arrived at my appointment before my time, checked in, and was told i owe a $115 copay for a well woman’s check up visit. Before arriving I’ve previously checked with my insurance and was told my preventative exams are covered at 100%, needless to say the receptionist ladies did not do the wit job to even call my insurance and verify, instead wanted to argue me down and willing to accept my money. That situation got under control and let’s just say i didn’t pay anything as i normally wouldn’t for a preventative anyway. I went in, had my check up and also scheduled another visit for removal of birth control in my arm, Jones insisted that appointment should be in an available 30 min slot for her to have enough time for the session, before leaving the appointment, jones and I verified a good day and time slot for me to come back, scheduled the appointment with the ladies at the front and i proceeded. Fast forwarding into my next appointment day for removal of birth control, being excited because it has affected me tremendously in a negative aspect. Checked in, waited approximately 20 min to get im the room to be told “unfortunately my girls didn’t schedule you in a 30 min slot, so it won’t be enough time for me to do your procedure….. etc, etc more excuses. Personally, i could’ve been told that over the phone and went to work that day instead i wasted a full day of work to get told i can’t get my procedure done. Very dysfunctional, very non-communicative, very unprofessional, very lazy and laid back, not very demure. 0/10 don’t recommend this clinic.

Very satisfied with my experiences with her. She is knowledgeable,open to listening, and had answers to all of my questions. 10/10 and would definitely recommend her services again.
