Unfortunately I have had to go from 5 stars to ONE star, two days ago I was at my favourite Terry White chemist in Vincent and the Pharmacist there was just down right unhelpful and very much up herself and rude, absolutely no help what so ever helping me pin down medication that I needed was just too much trouble for her. Let me remind everyone that I have been a loyal customer the whole time that Terry White has had a pharmacy in Vincent and I spend a lot of money there as do other people, I know that. I had been waiting inside the pharmacy for the pharmacist to help me while she was doing orders for customers that weren't even in the shop, I did ask her if the orders she was doing were for customers waiting in-store (I was the only one there at the time) and her reply was "I don't know" - what?
I get nervous now when I put a script in at the Vincent shop - will it get lost or something else might happen to it. The owners really needed to pick up the ball and hire "spot on" staff, not just someone that is breathing will do.

Staff did not have what I needed. This in itself was not the issue, attempting to substitute out the product for another (I am not talking brand but actual use or benefits) without discussing with me is downright dangerous. I was offered a product that would cause serious harm to my issue and was brushed off when i mentioned this rather rudely. "Well we dont have that product anyway." Great! Maybe not play doctor and guess at what they need if you only on front counter!

Pharmacy assistant was rude and the pharmacist was too busy to sign a stat dec for me, after I'd spent money in their store. Why would they do something that doesn't make them money, right? There were three other people in the store, not what i would call busy. Fairly sure he has a legal obligation to do this.
