Be aware this pharmacy has moved and is in the city centre plaza complex. Be aware that it only opens at 8.30am. Closes 5.30pm. Has everything you need. Friendly staff and good pricing. The pharmacist was off great help explaining the differences between the different tablets i ordered and was only to helpful to say if any trouble come back in to see them. Cheers big ears..

The chemist refused to sell me what I asked for saying "it wouldn't work" after repeatedly asking for it. She persuaded me to buy something I said I didn't like which resulted in me throwing up after using it. Since when does a chemist know your own body?

I can't believe they use the name 'Terry white', this shop is the worst shop I've ever visited. Especially, one of the staff persuaded me to purchase item. I realized that it is not needed. She denied the refund when I re-visited after 10min. She insisted that I can't get refund from the moment when I pay even I have a receipt and don't open. She said that is this shop's policy. I looks doesn't make sense. I want to say this shop was the terrible. If this shop has no refund policy I experienced, it prove this shop is very bad. If this shop doesn't have a policy I heard, it means one of the staff lie to customer.

Absolutely no customer service whatsoever! While I waited at counter to pay all 3 staff members packed shelves! Eventually when attended to there wasn't a smile , hello...nothing ,then not a thankyou to finish..would not return to this pharmacy . Much better service elsewhere

Didn't answer the phone when I tried calling and then closed early, google maps says open till 6pm but when I got there 5:45 to pick up my online order that was ready, place was locked up and all staff gone so they had closed even earlier.

What an amazing group of ladies. Forgot my meds while away, they were all so helpful & managed to get all my needs sorted so easily & made out it was no trouble @ all. Absolute lifesavers, thank you ladies. Got me out of a pickle. 😉💐

Won’t answer phone have called repeatedly to enquire about a compound script put in two days ago, they were supposed to text me with pick up date, I am in dire need of this script, if this is the way they treat people with special need prescriptions they should not be calling themselves a Compounding Chemist.
