Always lovely & helpful. They get a lot of traffic being located in the shopping center and deal with it very well, always still quick and cheerful.

The staff are pleasant and don't get me wrong, they're not nasty people, they just have an amazing ability to serve someone that just walks into the shop after I have been standing in line waiting for 5 minutes. This can happen in other places as well, it just happens at this place more than all the other shops I go to combined. It's actually incomprehensible how often it happens at this particular place. At some point I hope they take ownership of this and look at there systems and procedures because I find it REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY annoying.

Shame on this chemist. Put a script in for diabetes medication and just because it was 5 early wouldn't give this vital medication. I explained the fridge broke down making the medicine no good. But still wouldn't fill the script. Said come back in 5 days with a very arrogant uncaring attitude. Type 2 diabetes is a serious illness and the pharmacist would have been very aware of this. If I end up in hospital I know who to blame. It's disgusting it was only 5 days early with extreme circumstances due to needing it.
