Me't'chelle ... if you are in rush to serve a customer in medicine then you are in wrong profession.

Customer donot have good understanding or knowledge of medicine and repeats.

Throwing ticket in desk to customer inappropriate way. Well done.

This pharmacy is always so helpful and reliable. I have a diabetic dog who needs 2 bottles of insulin every week. They always keep some on hand just for him as they know how much he goes through. If I forget to place an order during the week they’ll help me on the weekends.

Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable.

Not sure why there were other negative reviews but I went twice last weekend. I was assisted by two lovely people, one of them her name was Michelle, I don’t remember the other one’s name who worked on Saturday. They were so friendly, helpful and asked me if I wanted help as soon as I got to the pharmacy area. It was one of the best customer service I had in a while.

Over priced scripts. Not passing on RRP of expensive scripts to customers. Stopped stocking cheaper alternatives. Poor customer service.

Great service today from Kyhra. She was super busy but still had time to recommend me some nice colognes. Will definitely be coming back for more products. So many other pharmacies employ staff that do not care or don't know about their own products. Today's service from Khyra diverted dollars from Chemist Warehouse and Priceline to Terry White.
