Wonderful service from the ladies. Rang at 4.30 on Good Friday when they close at 5 to fill a script for myself and daughter after speaking with after hours dr. They were more than accommodating,
especially when i forgot my wallet. They were more than happy for me to pop back and pay the next day, which of course I did. Thank you Gabby and ladies for your kindness and excellent service 😁

Gr8 service & staff .... LACKING in any item of interest to purchase on the off chance you have any funds to spend ... EG: EDT & perfumes for the ladies may as well be removed from the store 2 rows & the chabby chic household decor IS really just a space filler and dusting job ...
PLEASE either remove these 2 sad efforts of I think maintaining a yesteryear expectation of a country pharmacy...
Personally I think just increase the items or brand & pricing options for the Medical/Health products and the fact that its flu season and not a tissue box or Personal tissue pack in the store ? Uhm thanks to the beautiful staff who gave me a couple from the staff tissue box 📦 🙃 🙂 🙄

I can not speak highly enough of the staff at Terry White Chemmart Rockhampton especially the owner Kylie, my mother and I are from Melbourne and first presented to Terry White when all other pharmacies had closed and I needed to get my aged mothers medication, the second time my mother and I went for more medication but the prescription had expired, ee spoke with Kylie the owner and she was able to check on the computer about my mother's medication and was able to get the essential medication needed for my mother's heart condition. Thank you Kylie and all the staff at Terry White Chemmart we appreciate you all and the help you gave my mother and me.
