I visited Terry White this morning on a mission to find out more information about the medication I am on and pickup a script.

Vincent was amazing, he went and researched it, found information, printed it off and talked me through the information. young blond girl, when I asked about the new Government initiative for scripts she answered "I don't know anything about that so there's no point talking to me" when I suggested it would be better customer service to say " but I would be happy to find out" she answered "I don't have time for that". When I pointed out that was also rude she rolled her eyes. Rude.

I asked for a script to be filled, only to find that it would have been cheaper to buy over the counter. Most pharmacies would advise you of this and help the customer.

There will always another place to go where the customers are treated with more courtesy.

I also found that when I went to another local pharmacy that despite telling Terry White that I was not a local they had assigned my scripts to them. This has made it harder for me to get my necessary meds.

When my haemorrhoids flared up after a misjudged curry spice incident these guys were so happy to assist, with beaming smiles. Lovely customer service and staff who genuinely know what they are taking about. I single out the young man who very carefully took my blood pressure (on my arm…) and was incredibly astute with his observations and recommendations. Great pharmacy

Very nice clean, tidy Pharmacy. Well stocked and offers a lot more than just Pharmacy lines. The staff are lovely and friendly and the Pharmacists (especially Peter A) have helped me greatly in the past few months with excellent advice and always going out of their way to help. They also have extended hours which is extremely convenient when you have sick children! This Pharmacy and its staff have saved me more times than I can count! Thank you!

This is the worst Chemist I have ever been in, takes a long time to get served and get scripts, standing around waiting to get served, also supplying generic branded drugs without being asked first, I shop in Bunbury now.
