As others have said, I don't get all the bad reviews, I wonder if something has changed recently, this Chemmart seems fine, staff are friendly and helpful. If anything it needs support as the shopping centre around it is struggling with lots of vacancies, and a Chemist Warehouse open down the road.

Unsure of the poor reviews on here outlining negative responses with this pharmacy. This has not been my personal experience, the pharmacists and staff here are outstanding, friendly, knowledgeable, generous and caring. They are prompt with service, often going the extra mile when explaining prescriptions and products. If you are looking for old school personable customer service from truly professional pharmacists, then this is the place to go to get your prescription filled.

Have lived in the area my entire life, and find the staff members (including Geoff Prior) to be super friendly, compassionate and helpful. Lucy (believe she is one of the pharmacists) always takes the time to explain to both me and my husband things involving medication, dosages and timings. Phan and Vicky are also very friendly and always enjoy a laugh and conversation if there isn't anyone waiting. It's weird, in checking both Pullenvale Terry White and Bellbowrie, have not noticed any price difference between the two, so I find the conversation here that the prices are significantly higher to have a discrepancy.

I have a number of chronic illnesses and either me or my husband are in the pharmacy on at least a weekly basis, but usually more, so we have had a lot of experience with every staff member there. They are often busy, but never rude.

If you are looking for a pharmacy to help manage your chronic diseases in a compassionate, caring and friendly way, I highly recommend this pharmacy.
