We've not long lived in the area and I've been to TerryWhite Acacia Ridge a few times and always had a good experience.

Today I had quite a few questions for the pharmacist to understand the options that I had for treatment of my condition, and I have to say the service and advice provided was so significantly better than I am used to elsewhere.

The pharmacist (I now wished I had asked his name) spent time with me to explain the answers to my questions and to enable me to make an informed decision. This generosity of spirit reminded me of when pharmacies were an important pillar of local communities.

I commented to the friendly and helpful lady at the front counter, who in turn told me that she has a lot of respect for the pharmacist and that he is a great guy who is community focused. You know a business has a great culture when team members speak of respect when they are talking about their colleagues.

I'm really looking forward to being a long term customer.
