Terrible attitude on the desk. Extremely rude for absolutely no reason. Really off putting and it’s all reception staff not just singular. Horrible “family” practice.

I have been going to this surgery for 32 years. Oh how it has changed my husband see's Guy and as he has had a TIA and mini stroke and was having similar symptons i rang and the receptionist must have been to medical school when i wasnt around as she was trying to diagnose him on the phone what the. Couldn't see his regular Dr so i took what was available the Doctor was lovely and very thorough he gave us paperwork to send through for an urgent Neuro appointment and said ask receptionist to fax it through so we gave it to the Doctor/receptionist to do so. Had another Appointment in a week told them Neuro had not contacted us so he rang them and low and behold didn't receive it !! so he emailed it to them within one hour they have fitted him within 10 days even though their waiting list is 3 to 4 months. If this delay has any affect i will be taking this further !! Stop playing with peoples health you are not a Doctor you are a receptionist please act your wage !!!!

I have been a patient of this practice for over 20 years. I cannot recommend the doctors more highly. I have followed them throughout the years with their moves to new locations and have never had an issue or negative experience. They are now at the Centro in R/T and its a great surgery.
The GP's are wonderful and very experienced. I feel the they give you the time to speak about your health issues and guide you through their recommendations rather than just give you a script and send you out the door with no explanation. The nurses are all so lovely and Karen is just a gem.
The reception staff are all great and try their hardest to fit you in for an urgent appointment if possible. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait to get in for regular appointments but I think this is as they are short on GP's and have a lot of patients. I just make sure I am organised and book in advance for scripts etc.

Their Practice Manager is lovely and always friendly and helpful.

Dr Justin Smith still makes me laugh after all these years with his sense of humour 🙂

Highly recommended.

Counter staff are incompetent. They had made several minor mistakes with my appointment which were not an issue but became instantly defensive and passive aggressive towards me as a result. They then cancelled my Medicare transaction and benefit and placed the blame back on me claiming I “must not have listened”. This lady ‘Odette’ was not who i had dealt with during the transaction has claimed that she would not point fingers at staff by placing the blame on me. The doctor was lovely and helpful. The counter staff were unprofessional and a challenge to deal with.

Last week I made an appointment to see a doctor. I waited a day even though I was sick as they couldn't fit me in.
The day of my appointment, I was waiting in the waiting room. Someone walked in off the street with a sore back. The receptionist put put this person ahead of me even though they didn't have an appointment. She told me this person was an emergency 😡.
I asked the receptionist how she knew that this person was more of an emergency than me considering that she didn't actually bask me what was wrong with me.
She was rude. The service was very unprofessional. And I was treated extremely poorly.
I have today tried to call for a re check as my condition has gotten worse and again I have to wait 3 days to get an appointment.
I might add, I have extreme pain in my left arm, painful chest, extreme fatigue, and a worsen condition to when I seen the doctor last week. And yes I told the receptionist this.

I can't speak well enough of this practice. I have been coming here for years now, and my whole family now comes here too. We are well looked after. With the Reception staff, stay courteous, they're very busy and deal with tons of calls, some of which aren't as easy to handle.
