I haven’t been to see Teressa in a long time but wanted to write this review now as I have been thinking about how she helped me heal my thyroid. I have been off my medication for about 3 years now and recently got checked again and my levels are still good. Thank you so much for you help.

I saw Teressa 6 years ago after a couple years of going to doctors and none of them being able to help me. Teressa was amazing and was able to diagnose me so quickly and get my health back on track. 6 years later and I have come back with a different issue and once again she was able to help me. I haven't had this much energy in years I feel so good and I am so grateful to her. She is amazing and I couldn't recommend her enough. I have referred a few friends over the years and she was able to help them immensely. Don't settle for mediocre health, if you feel like something is off but doctors aren't able to figure out what it is go and see Teressa because she takes the time to look into things and to give you hope and reassurance that you aren't crazy and you can get well.

I would highly recommend Integrative Wellness, It is obvious that customer service and patients well being is what is most important to both Peter and Teressa Todd. Firstly you are felt welcome with open arms as soon as you step foot in the door by Peter to then be made so comfortable and at home with Teressa. My health has definitely changed for the good and I am so glad I found Integrative Wellness.

With this being my first visit to a naturopath I was 'naturally' very sceptical about how benifical it would be to my health and wellbeing. Living on the Gold Coast we are exposed to so much b/s, gimmicks, and get fixed fast scams that we develop a real distrust for most "services". But after spending the first 30 minute of a 3 hour session with Teressa those concerns quickly disappeared.
Utelising a very detailed and functional questionnaire Teressa quickly indentified where some missing links were in my health.
With a very calming And genuine energy Teressa looked at my symptoms from a very different perspective to the many doctors I had seen in the past and gave me some pieces to a puzzle that I had been trying to complete most of my life.
After showing me a live analysis of my blood I have a much better understanding of the dietary changes I need to make to get on the right track.
Each to there own, do your own reasearch, look for your own answer but in my experience this place is a step in the right direction for those who want a true and whole understanding of their overall health.
