After a few months at TLC and receiving poor, delayed services with little to no contact even after multiple attempts, I realised how disorganised they are.
Very disappointed!
Made the decision to go elsewhere (to get the services that my son needs) that much easier.

Tender Loving Care is a very good company and they did a great job with helping my disabled sister. They have the best service and they have a great team that all work well together .They help everyone and I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs this service. My sister used to be with another organisation and they used to treat her poorly and she was never comfortable with being social and associating with people until she joined tender loving care now she is very social and loves to be around people and she also loves their service and the way they work.

I thought most of their services were poorly delivered. Their group activities were often not wheelchair accessible, the staff were not engaging with the clients.

Their Support Coordination is fairly good. Some staff don't engage well with the client, however the steps they have in place to handle concerns is amazing and the staff higher up quickly rectify the concerns/complaints.
