I engaged with a therapist who worked under Team Rehab Solutions’ NDIS registration, expecting professional support. Unfortunately, my experience was beyond disappointing.

The therapist requested two sessions per week to complete a report for my needs, but the report was not completed as promised - it was abandoned after quite some time after I became suspicious on the lack of formal assessments on my complex conditions and false promises.

I also experienced privacy concerns, questionable hygiene practices, and a lack of thorough assessment. Additionally, important NDIS deadlines were missed, which significantly impacted my support.

When I raised concerns about these issues, a report was offered by therapist as a resolution. However, the report contained significant inaccuracies opposite to assessment request.

When I requested corrections, both the therapist and practice declined further discussion, instead suggesting I speak to my psychologist. I felt this response was dismissive of my concerns and very condescending.

This was not the only therapist to do so with another failing to complete the report and leaving of critical information from scan / X-ray diagnostics required to seek funding for assistive aides

I also attempted to escalate my complaint to Team Rehab Solutions whose registration is used by these therapists, but I did not receive a response at all. Based on my experience, and the refusal to take accountability for their actions, I would advise others to exercise caution when engaging with therapists in this service, particularly if they require accurate assessments and reports.

I can't comment on the services offered but wanted to provide some feedback to the management for the Sunshine Coast region. On the 29th June 2022 I saw one of your company marked vehicles speeding (definitely over the speed limit) through road works at 8.45am past the Big Pineapple. Your employee, by doing this, put road construction worker and other drivers at risk of injury or a serious car accident which to me seem counter-intuitive to being a rehabilitation service.
