The pathology dept was very busy this morning, which resulted in a longer than usual wait, but the lady in charge was apologetic and kind and very nice. Barely felt the needle. Considering she drove from the Redlands in pouring rain this morning, her mood could have been something else entirely. Lovely lady, if she's always here, I would recommend coming here for sure.

Administration at this centre is absolutely appalling. I've been trying to get an important document required by my son's school for his diabetes management from them for MONTHS. Multiple phone calls, emails, and promises later, still nothing. They switch off their phone system for an hour for lunch, and then again at 4pm, and don't have voicemail so you can't leave a message - you have to work around THEIR timing. They don't return calls. They hang up on you in the middle of calls.

I wouldn't trust this team if I was trying to make a lunch reservation, let alone to handle sensitive medical information. The only reason we stay is because we like our treating clinician but it is increasingly not worth it to have to deal wtih this admin team.

Dr Alex was very pleasant during our experience with our first born child - Shaunav.
Dr Alex was very thorough and professional while communicating with us and answered any concerns my husband and I had which gave us confidence that our delivery would go smoothly, Dr Alex is very knowledgeable and gives a very neat scar if you go for a c section delivery.
Janelle at reception was always lovely and greeted us in a friendly manner. I highly recommend Dr Alex.

I had the most pleasant experience when getting a blood test today. I’m prone to fainting with needles because of ptsd but the nurse was so calming and gentle that I felt completely fine. She got my vein first try and it was over in 30 seconds. Thank you again

Shocked by how rude the receptionist was earlier today.
I am taking the time to write this because it is simply unacceptable.
People might contact the practice with some weight on their shoulders so a bit of compassion makes a huge difference in people's life, even when told they will need to go elsewhere.
