I had a fantastic experience at the Taringa Chempro today! Jeonghyun went above and beyond by witnessing some important forms for me. He was incredibly patient, thorough, and so helpful throughout the process.
Thank you so much for your help Jeonghyun, your assistance and kindness is greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this pharmacy for all of your pharmacy needs!

I called ahead at 8:00 am to confirm availability of a Dual Covid-19 and Influenza A/B test 5-pack ($25). I arrived less than 10 minutes later, only to find they had no stock. This isn’t the first time this pharmacy has been out of stock on items I needed.

It’s frustrating that you can’t even rely on a phone call to confirm availability. Smaller pharmacies often complain about losing business to large chains like Chemist Warehouse, but experiences like this make me wonder why.

This mornng I dropped in again yo colle t on our prescriptions.... Just have to say that the two ladies working today were exceptional...... (Not eavesdropping... But their knowledge and lovely helpful way of talking to customers is a credit to them and the pharmacy)

Latest note : The pharmacy recently changed hands .. and to be honest ... the new team are doing a very fine job of picking up the batton and taking care of us in an exemplory manner. Today Ramya called to check in and ensure that our medications were up to date completely and confirmed with us that everything was running to schedule .

Having said that the level of care , maintenance and monitoring of my wife's requirements are well beyond standard and her special needs , i don't know what we would do without them . .. and on top if all this ... they are such a friendly friendly crew . .... When I had to urgently get medications after work, there weren't many other pharmacies open. This pharmacy's opening time was a life saver. Furthermore, the staff on duty took his time to answer all the questions I had about my medications with such patience.

Taringa Day & Night Pharmacy ALWAYS goes above and beyond in their service, compassion, experience & care.
I live three suburbs away but I happily travel to this pharmacy because I know I am getting the best care & a friendly face, every single time.
Tyara, Chris & Chris have not only gone out of their way to make my medication schedule simple & accurate, they have also significantly improved my mental health each time I walk into the pharmacy.
It’s also so rare to find a pharmacy that is open at 7am and stays open till late at night, like Taringa Day & Night Pharmacy does.
I am so lucky to have found a pharmacy that offers everything a person could ask for & I am forever grateful for the years of care I have been given.

My wife and I have used the Taringa pharmacy for over 20 years. We have always enjoyed excellent service there, especially the two Chris’s and in more recent times from Tyara who is such a positive and friendly person. We have never had a bad experience there only help and support, and would recommend them whole-heartedly to anyone. The best pharmacy in our area for sure!

Depends on who the staff and pharmacist is on duty. Service is getting better here. I have revisited the pharmacy a couple of times since writing the initial review and it has improved somewhat.
