I have been coming to this medical practice for a number of years. I am grateful that there are always a number of receptionists (human beings)on duty to actually answer the phones.
Unlike many other practices. Who employ minimal staff and you just hang on the phone for hours.
I see a wonderful GP who has been there for many years. I can honestly say that I have complete faith in the medical practice and
My doctor .(Dr Diana Loy)

We had a problem with our newborn on a Saturday night. The lady at the front desk was so friendly and reassuring and got us to come straight in. Not a long of a wait at all to see one of the doctors. The doctor was fantastic! She took our (no doubt new parent paranoid) opinions seriously and did a full check up to make sure our daughter was okay. A very nice experience, thank you.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Dr. Perera. She was rude, dismissive, and seemingly uninterested in providing proper care. I was prescribed the wrong antidepressant and denied two other necessary medications, even though they were clearly listed in my file with my usual doctor at the same clinic.

Despite paying $85 for this inadequate service, I had to go through the hassle of having a government carer call the clinic to address the issue and rebook an appointment. Unfortunately, this was a complete failure, as Dr. Perera hung up on me the moment I mentioned the previous mistake.

This level of incompetence and unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially in healthcare. I strongly advise others to avoid this doctor if they are looking for compassionate and competent medical care.

I've been here a few times now, I'm just grateful that there's a GP open until late and on weekends as well. I've always been able to book in last minute even on a Sunday afternoon - and I'm grateful for that. Staff and doctor have been lovely.

We recently took our 7-year-old daughter to this clinic for treatment of an ear infection. During the visit, she coughed a couple of times, and we were promptly asked to leave the air-conditioned waiting area and sit outside instead. We were instructed to take a COVID test, which we did immediately, and the result was negative.

Despite presenting the negative result to the receptionist, we were still not allowed back into the waiting area. Instead, we were made to remain outside in discomfort, which felt unnecessary and poorly handled.

The male receptionist was particularly unprofessional and dismissive, showing no empathy or understanding for our situation. While we were not denied service outright, the way we were treated during the wait left a lot to be desired.

While safety measures are important, this felt like an overreaction and a lack of consideration for the wellbeing of patients—especially a child who was unwell. One star feels generous for such a disappointing experience.

Went here to get my ankle diagnosed for a fracture, was referred for a CT scan and charged one hundred dollars. Called a week later after the scan and receptionist told me doctor had not viewed the scan images ? I asked when he will view them… replied: dunno maybe next week? Tf
