Went to see this doctor yesterday for a chest infection , blood tests , blood pressure test. Was instantly told I need a sleep amnia test even though I was diagnosed with amnia 15 years ago , lost 80kg , walk 10km a day and goto gym 5 x a week. She got very upset and wouldn’t listen to me
That I know longer have apnia and was told by two leading surgeons that I know longer need or have apnia .She said she did not want to treat me because I was not prepared to listen to her plan . She obviously has a sleep apnia quota to fill for her commission . Told me that if my symptoms persist to goto emergency at hospital . I am finally over this practice , and yes it’s hit and miss with the receptionists , most times they are disgustingly and have had better experiences getting strip searched in the airport . This doctor is completely negligent and is obviously here to fill in her time she needs in a country area before allowed to practice in the city. Now I’m off to Sydney to see a doctor and have scans and X-rays all on the same day . Only a matter of time when their negligence causes death and we see it on Channel 9. If your sick get someone to drive you south , at least to Newcastle , it will save your life. I would never write a review but enough is enough of this rubbish we deal with in this area . My records are also going elsewhere as the next doctor available is in 4 weeks . There Google rating is well deserved

Tried to book online clearly stated appointments were available Spoke to a lady called Bronwyn who said there is appointments but I can’t book you in can you call back later !! Fabulous service DO BETTER.

Absolutely disgusted in this medical practise. After my mum being a patient for 52yrs she has been told she is not welcomed there anymore cause she had been seeing a different medical center for different conditions if she hadn't of seen this medical centre she would be dead due to being told Taree medical centre wasn't able to see her but she then got diagnosed with severe septicaemia and admitted to hospital. The receptionist Kathy is rude and very unprofessional.
Will be having my records and sons sent elsewhere.
Shame on them for treating a 75yr old like this

i’ve had many bad experiences with this surgery. reception have been nothing but rude and judgy. the waiting time to get in to see a doctor is terrible, i called up 45 mins before an appointment as a previous time i waited 2 hours to get in, the lady told me the doctor was running on time she wasn’t. i lost an hour worth of pay from work to sit around and wait for almost an hour and a half when i was told she was going to be on time. ended up leaving as it was not convenient and didn’t want to talk to the doctor after waiting so long. wouldn’t recommend unless you have time to waste or can tolerate rude receptionists.

Cannot fault the work and care of the practitioners that myself and my family see. They are absolutely amazing! However, the reception staff are some of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. Incredibly short, blunt and the smallest thing seems like I'm inconveniencing their entire day. If it wasn't for the excellent work of the actual Drs. This place would surely close in a month.

The Receptionists are alway very friendly and helpful in trying to get you an appointment as promptly as possible. I find the Doctors very caring and they are very thorough. Would highly recommend this practise to anyone looking for a friendly and caring environment.

The receptionist here at the surgery are damn right disgusting! I've been going here to 12Yrs, on the odd occasion you might get someone that is helpful. their ride unprofessional and if it wasn't for my great Dr I wouldn't go back!
