Tania brings such a genuine authenticity that is palpable and so welcoming.

I was absolutely blown away in the breathwork events, at the magnitude of healing, self discovery and insights that unfolded. I have attended several breathwork events before, but Tania's sacred container, approach and care has surpassed all of them. .. every time!

Breathwork feels like a super power tool to access healing in real time with tangible shifts noted. I feel it gets to places that talk therapy alone would take tedious amounts of time to access and improve. I'm completely converted.

I have been privileged to experience several of Tania's other service offerings including yin yoga and 1:1 holistic life coaching and it's completely altered my approach to life.

When you find a practitioner and woman such as Tania, with her level of passion, support and heart, be prepared to be moved in ways you can't imagine. Life will never look the same 😁

I have experienced significant trauma in the past (conflict zones, suicide of immediate family members, the loss of other significant family members, ongoing harassment), and over the years, I have explored many different therapeutic modalities—traditional talk therapy, EMDR, hypnotherapy, and more. While each has its place, nothing has been as powerful or transformative for me as working with Tania, particularly through breathwork.

I was completely shocked the first time I experienced it—the physical (electric) sensations, the energy moving through my body, the depth of release. It’s astonishing that something as simple as breathing, something we do every day, can unlock so much.

What makes Tania exceptional is not just her mastery of breathwork but also the depth of experience she brings as a counsellor. Her ability to hold space with warmth, honesty, and deep insight feels effortless, yet it’s clear that it’s grounded in extensive knowledge and training across multiple modalities. She weaves together different therapeutic approaches seamlessly, creating a space that feels not only incredibly safe, supportive, and welcoming but also deeply effective and transformative. It’s a rare balance—to feel so held while also being challenged in ways that create real change.

The combination of Tania’s counselling expertise and breathwork has been the most effective healing modality I’ve encountered. It has allowed me to reprocess past events, see them through a different lens, and, most importantly, release them. It has also tapped into things I hadn’t been aware of in my traditional therapy, which I have done regularly over the last 20 years—things that were shaping my thinking and emotional patterns in ways I hadn’t realised. But what has surprised me the most is that it’s not just the big, defining events that I thought shaped me. Through this work, I’ve come to see how seemingly small experiences have had a profound impact on how I think and respond to the world. I have had moments in other modalities where I’ve remembered things, but I haven’t been able to truly release them or see them through a new, more accurate lens the way I do with this.

Breathwork is different from talk therapy. Sometimes, you’re not just processing with your mind—you’re switching it off entirely and allowing your body to do the work. You’re accessing and releasing things that traditional therapy might never reach, aligning with the idea that the body keeps the score.

I’ve also learnt that you don’t need to have experienced significant trauma for breathwork to be meaningful. It’s not just for deep healing—it can help shift everyday stress, break unhelpful patterns, or bring more clarity. You also don’t need to know exactly what you’re working on, how to visualise etc. Some of the biggest insights have come for me when I just let the process unfold. Tania helps guide you through it in a way that feels natural/easy, without pressure or expectation.

I truly couldn’t recommend this highly enough. Breathwork with Tania has been life-changing, and I am so grateful to have found her.

I’ve met Tania at a wellness retreat, her warm, calm and welcoming nature made me feel instantly connected and shortly after joined her weekly yin yoga classes. When I found out about her breathwork offerings I felt curious as I had never tried anything like it and wow am I glad I gave it a go, not only was I able to deeply connect to my subconscious and shift things like old belief patterns as well as traumatic experiences, I was also able to dive in deep as Tania’s guidance and presence was nurturing and comforting at all times. I felt safe and relaxed to fully let go. I absolutely highly recommend Tania’s offerings as it is both a fabulous experience either 1:1 or in her mini retreats.

I have loved attending Tania's yin yoga classes and her mini retreats. Tania is so warm and welcoming and makes you feel instantly at ease. Her classes leave you feeling nourished and more connected with yourself . The mini retreat was so beautiful and powerful and I would recommend it to anyone looking for deeply loving and supportive environment to help reconnect to yourself and release that which no longer serves you.

My Breathwork experiences with Tania so far have been truly transformative.
On reflection I feel like a softening of a very hard subconscious belief took place and the result has been more self compassion
- a practice I often struggle with.
I now have awareness to how this limiting belief has influenced how I make decisions in my day to day life particularly as to where my energy & attention goes.
Tania’s expertise and innate ability to guide and hold space always has me feeling like I’m right where I’m meant to be.
As a coach I know how important my inner work is & the right support is so essential.
My sessions have been on line and whilst I would love an in person experience I was quite blown away by how it felt even though we were remote.
I’m very much looking forward to my next session 🌟

I attended Tania Boyd’s Yin Yoga & Breathwork Mini Retreat on Sunday, February 2nd, and it was truly a transformative experience. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Tania and her colleague, Elena, both assisted and supported throughout the entire session, creating an environment of care and connection.

The session was beautifully structured—beginning with deep relaxation through Yin Yoga, allowing the body to open and prepare for the next stage. We then transitioned into movement, leading into the powerful breathwork practice, which was both grounding and expansive.

Tania created a safe, supportive, and deeply healing space. Her wisdom and attentiveness made the experience not only enjoyable but also profoundly impactful—a true experience of healing and heart connection. I left feeling open, renewed, and deeply grateful.

I will absolutely be back for more. Highly recommend this unique combination of yin yoga and breathwork modality to anyone looking for a nourishing and transformative practice!
