This company sucks! Very unreliable and have no respect for their client's. Have had like 7 times the worker didn't turn up. They couldn't even be bothered to call me to cancel the service or find a replacement worker ASAP. Even if the worker does turn up, they get paid like $35 an hour to play X box with me, lay on my bed and play pool that I pay for. Pathetic. To be honest with ya, I don't think they could care less about me. Only doing it for the money. They're not even a real carer or trained in mental health. They're simply just a cab service. Just getting paid $35 an hour to drive me around. These companies are suppose to be helping my mental health but by not turning up, they make my mental health WORSE. Do not get with Sykee. They suck!

Sykee has saved my life. The level of care and support given to myself and many others is above and beyond. Your workers are professional, caring and kind. I can’t speak highly enough of your service and to be honest wouldn’t be typing this right now if it weren’t for you and the support workers. You’ve saved my life. Thank you, Clare Easdown.

Using a nickname to protect privacy. Absolutely appalling, sloppy organisation. Fail to inform basic things. Fail to provide service. Fail to communicate. Blame shift and will happily lie to you to cover up mistakes. They do not even follow their own complaints policy. Absolutely shocking communication. For an organisation that is meant to assist and support people it has failed. Sykee has failed other people too. It’s all in various Facebook groups. It is reassuring to know it is not personal but rather an internal problem they seem to have.

My son has chronic pain syndrome & cannot leave his home due to the pain and Sykee went over and beyond by not only regular visits, they offered help & totally listened to his situation. Not only that, if I didn't hear from my son & was worried - they never hesitated to contact him to check he was ok, even after hours. The genuine team has made such a difference to my sons mental health I doubt any other provider could match.

Sykee has gone above and beyond for me. I am the primary caretaker of my younger brother and working a part time job it can be very overwhelming at times. The team working at Sykee are always there to help with any question's or queries, they provide a excellent service and honestly made made life a lot less stressful. My younger brother is always excited to see his support worker. I would recommend Sykee to everyone looking for a very respectful and approachable team that are obviously passionate about there clients.

Thank you skyee.

Very efficient, receptive of others' needs. The business went from strength to strength, getting better every week, and significantly. They deal with problems in a solution focused systematic way, and very quickly. They listened to problems, displayed great empathy, showed appropriate concern for health issues I was facing, cannot recommend enough. Very encouraging staff. Very kind. Will always recommend. Unfortunately had to switch to a sitdown job but I'm very proud that I worked there for as long as I did. Well done. Cheers.

Very unprofessional disrespectful. The 24 hour hotline unhelpful counselling. 4 months with them . They set me up with Tk who cancelled 2 hours before one session then today he didn't even turn up at 9.30. I rang Jake on hotline the night before and 7.30 am this morning to confirm tks 8.30 appointment yet he still didn't turn up!!
Psykee have 48 hour cancellation policy yet no accountability for their clients who when they don't turn up. !! ,?
Unprofessional poor communication .
