However, from the moment I made the booking to the time I received the service, I didn’t experience any rudeness at all. All the staff were super friendly and kind. We just had our 21 weeks ultrasound done here today, and we had Angela doing it, I have to say she was so professional and so accomodating. We had the best time, she showed us everything, answer EVERY single question we had.
I do recommend this place and we will be returning.

I attended Burwood SUFW for a DIE (Deep Infiltrating Endo) ultrasound, and I couldn't have had a better experience. Having had several ultrasounds in my time, and considering how extensive and in-depth this particular type of ultrasound is, I was expecting to feel uncomfortable, but that couldn't be further from the truth.

From the get-go, everything was smooth. The receptionist was lovely, and both the technician and doctor (in this case, Dr. Jose Garcia Flores) were very empathetic & kind. Both of them took the time to ask me questions to get an in-depth understanding of my medical history, as well as symptoms, and were open to answering my questions as well. They were both very caring, always checking in to see if I was feeling Ok. Both made me feel safe, taken care of and heard at all times.

The sonographers are great, professional and informative when I've had my pregnancy scans. However, I consistently have bad experience with the receptionist. Older woman with shoulder length blonde/brown hair. She is incredibly rude. I tried to book an appointment over the phone and she said how busy they were no less than 15 times, huffed and puffed on the phone like my request to make an appointment was so cumbersome to do when it's literally part of her job. Face to face she's no better. It's extremely unfortunate but the poor service via reception is literally impacting my willingness to come back despite having positive experience with other staff. She needs to be provided formal feedback.

Not a pleasant experience compare to other SUFW clinic I attended. The punctuality is poor, arrived 10 mins early like they asked and was told they are running on scheduled but still waited 30 more mins after arrival. It would have be okay any other time but not when you have a full bladder during pregnancy the pain was almost unbearably.

Also I Informed it’s a 40mins scans to check for baby’s structure but taken just around 30mins. Not informative compare to previous scan.

I would not recommend this place.

I went to this clinic today and had an exceptional experience. Receptionist is a young lady and she welcomed me in very friendly way. The clinic very clean and hygiene. All the staff work very efficiently so, we don’t have to wait for so long. The nurse who helped me with the blood withdrawal also superb. She’s very kind and friendly. Overall, I had smooth process and super happy with the experience in this clinic. I definitely will come back for my 20weeks scan at this clinic!

I recently had an ultrasound & hycosy test I was so impressed with the care and professionalism of the doctor Ritu and the sonographer. The entire process was quick and completely painless, thanks to their skillful approach. I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout the visit. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would like to thank them for making the experience so easy and stress-free!

Awful bedside manner from one particular staff member who struggled to speak English. For a company that boasts being the best ultrasound in NSW and costs around $400, my wife and I expected WAY more. Ultrasound lady paid no attention to my wife’s discomfort with the ultrasound devices and did not leave the room as she was getting dressed.

Pictures were cute and the place was clean, but definitely not worth the premium. Go to a radiologist instead and save yourself some money.
