Disgraceful and deceptive conduct by the practice.
I attended once 12 months ago and was bulk billed and recently attended twice in past month with no mention of a fee.
Today my third appointment in past month, I am ONLY now told, they are a mixed billing practice and I owe them for previous 2 appointments.
Nothing was previously said to me - nor was I requested to pay; at the time of the last two appointments.
Last appointment, the doctor was running late 60 mins and previous appointment late by 30 mins.

I urge the management of Sydney GP, to address this issue promptly. My experience at this centre, was deeply disappointing due to the unprofessional treatment and overpriced facility. I hope that steps will be taken to rectify this situation promptly, restoring faith in the medical center's commitment to providing quality healthcare. I am still looking for answers to the following questions:
• Have staff (including DOCTOR) shown an ethical code of conduct? “ARE YOU GIVING 100 DOLLARS OR DO YOU WANT ME TO TEAR YOUR MEDICAL FORM?” SHE eventually tore it apart into four pieces. What does this show?
• Why are you employing staff with anger issues? They need anger management and training in customer care.
• Are we booking an appointment with a doctor or receptionist?
• Have receptionists started issuing medical certificates? Medical receptionists are incredibly rude, unprofessional, and negligent. I would highly recommend NOT attending this medical center. We take appointments from doctors not from staff. That’s so disappointing and disrespectful when you are not allowed to see a doctor but to see her only. What’s the fun of making appointments on the app if you are denied access to a doctor and interact in such a bad way? The patient is already stressed and such behaviour cause more. Actually don’t deserve single star either. Shame
• Staff (including DOCTOR) knew my weakness as I desperately needed a certificate to submit to uni as it was FINAL, and I was stressing out as I was not able to accomplish it due to my sore eyes. The doctor already issued me a certificate I didn’t understand Do I still need to pay this HAFTY AMOUNT for the same information (diagnosis)? My bad luck I did not have the form with me on the same day (I already gave 79.75 dollars). Soon after, in the afternoon when I rang the clinic and explained the urgency of the form, I got the form from uni (which the doctor was asking for). The receptionist gave me an appointment for the next day so that they could make more money. That’s a shame how these people are harassing patients, in such a committed profession.
• Intentionally issued certificate without showing the details so that patient eventually book another appointment for another big amount for the same information. The uni medical form is not a hundred pages just two to three lines. If the doctor would have mentioned the reason for not attending or doing studies on the medical certificate he issued before, there was no need to bring back the uni medical form (as Uni told me). Is this a noble profession turning money into making business?
I sincerely hope that this review serves as a wake-up call for the management to re-evaluate their staff training and reinforce a culture of ethical conduct. Patients deserve an environment where their well-being is prioritized, and incidents of this nature should never be tolerated.

Had a telehealth appointment with my doctor and was supposed to get some referrals emailed through. They didn't come in, so I spent two days straight trying to call and it's gone to answering machine each time. Total of over 30 calls and no response. You wouldn't want to have any urgent medical follow up with this place. Day three of trying to call and still nothing. 5 calls already today. Not the first time that this has happened. Would go elsewhere but my doctor is now with this useless centre.

Receptionists are lovely and Dr Sharma was wonderful. Accommodating, friendly and compassionate. He really listens and engages which is so different from most other centres I've been too. There can be a wait but it's understandable. There's also a co payment.

Dr Sharma at Kingswood Park Medical Centre is rude, obnoxious and has no bedside manners. I saw him twice (not by choice but to recieve results) and I will never again. I gladly cancelled my daughters appointment with this obnoxious pig. If I could rate 0 stars I surely would.
Not to mention the nurse labelling my child as "the difficult one" after practically picking his brains out as he has adhd, odd and autism.

I was comfortable with this doctor at first until I heard him complain about another customer to his receptionist. From here it went downhill. I was given eardrops far too late to do anything, was never offered antibiotics or steroids for an inner ear infection, when I asked what else I could do as I had vertigo that had lasted three weeks at that point it was suggested I go to the hospital (which was good advice). The hospital ordered an MRI which was faxed to the doctor and he never called me to tell me the results were in and left me waiting for days. I have now changed back to a doctor that is much harder for me to get to but much nicer to deal with and much more professional.
