Dr. Hussain Hilmy is an exceptional GP—a great listener who takes time to understand your concerns. He provides thoughtful advice, motivates not just about health but life, and always makes you feel valued. The clinic is professional, but Dr. Hilmy’s kindness and dedication truly stand out. Highly recommend!

I recently visited the Swinburne University Health Service and had an outstanding experience. The staff were incredibly professional, warm, and attentive from the moment I walked in. The booking process was smooth, and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen.

The medical team was knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my concerns, offering clear advice and tailored treatment options. I appreciated how thorough and compassionate they were throughout the consultation. The facility itself was clean, well-organized, and provided a comfortable atmosphere.

It’s clear that the Swinburne University Health Service is dedicated to student well-being, and I felt very well cared for. Highly recommended for anyone seeking efficient, student-centered health care on campus!

Fantastic facility on campus. I have only ever had EXCELLENT care and service from all members of the Swinburne Health Service. I like that it is possible to see the same doctor across different visits so that a deeper doctor-patient relationship can be established. Dr. Hilmy is 'my' doctor. I have complete confidence in his advice. He is compassionate and genuinely caring. The nurses on staff are also very competent and caring
Reception staff are always friendly, helpful, and courteous. We are lucky to have access to such a quality service on campus.

Regular patient for 5 years during my time as a student at Swinburne. I came back as a staff member. I’m sick of being asked if I have symptoms of cold at the reception every time I visit. This has been the case since the very first covid outbreak in 2020. Now if you have cold symptoms, you have to provide a negative RAT result to be seen by a GP. Is this a joke? I switched to another practice and they say this is the stupidest thing they heard. A medical centre refusing to treat you if you have common cold, unless you prove it’s not covid. Utterly ridiculous in the year 2025.
