Firstly, both of my experiences of SwiftDoc have been a vast contrast to the indifference I’ve experienced with other Telehealth services. They have deep technical knowledge and are clearly brilliant at their profession. I learned more about my health issues in one phone call than I had accumulated over a few years of consults elsewhere.

I really don’t know where we would be as a family without this service. Time and time again we have turned to using Dr McMahon (as well as some of his other exemplary practitioners) and are always amazed at how much can be done using SwiftDoc without necessarily needing a physical examination. Dr McMahon is thorough, personable and always gives the best advice based on circumstances. We are a very busy family with 3 young kids and both myself and my wife working full time in busy corporate jobs so this service is a lifesaver. We simply wouldn’t have time to schedule (When you can get them) an in person doctors appointment and when it means you can avoid the doctors waiting room where you likely get more sick anyway, why would you want to unless absolutely necessary.

As there were no available appointments at any of the local medical clinics, I decided to try SwiftDoc. All I can say is, what a fantastic service. Booking the appointment was a breeze and Dr David Sterling, is one of the best doctor's I've spoken with. Dr Sterling is very thorough and listens to what you are telling him and has a great beside manner. Overall, SwiftDoc was a pleasant experience.

I have used this service several times now. As it is so difficult getting an appointment with our local doctors and work needing medical certificates using this service ensures I get an appt, if not the very same day, within 24hrs. I get my script and any medical certificate emailed directly to my phone and can send my certificate directly to my employer and the script to my partner to collect for me all from my bed. I can't recommend this service enough. Its made being home sick that much easier and stress free to enable me to rest and get better. Thank you SwiftDoc and those working hard behind the scenes to help us out.

Dr McMahon is an amazing doctor who has gone out of his way to provide the best care possible. I'm very happy and impressed with my service. His empathy and compassion translates through his service. The online application did have an issue when I booked (which is a teething issue being fixed) But Dr McMahon has done the best job I've had in a long time.
