What a disgraceful Medical centre to visit. I took my son there and because he had a sore throat and cough we were told to wait for a phone consultation outside in the car park. After 40 minutes waiting the call came and the Doctor decided to see him in the room and another 30 minutes waiting. Somehow they have to improve their services.

I have been attending this practice for 15 years. I have always found reception, nursing, pathology and practice management staff friendly and helpful. The Dr's are also fantastic and have referred me to great specialists when required. Sometimes there is a wait to see your Dr, however if you ring ahead and ask, reception will always advise you on how long the expected waiting period will be. Thanks for the great service!

Overheard the front desk staff offering to drive an older lady home. Thoughtful staff with patients best interest at heart.
It was a busy morning, a few emergencies and I was waiting 30 minutes.
But it is always comforting to know if I had the emergency, they would prioritise appropriately.
Wonderful staff, professional attitudes, great Drs. Worth the wait.

Every time I visit or call, which is unfortunately far too often, the staff are friendly and very helpful. Dr Sanaz Aria is the best GP I have ever had, and I'm 54 yrs old so I have had a few! Keep up the good work!

If you're not white then don't go there. While the doctors are not bad, the staff is highly racist towards patients with colored skin. This is a classic example of racism in Australia. We witnessed on more than one occasion that other patients who came after us were send in to the doctor while we were still waiting. The wait is minimum an hour and can go up to 2-3 hours. We even noticed that a (white) woman came after us, who was a new patient, filled in the form for the new patients, was treated nicely by the receptionist and was sent in just after 10 minutes while we were still waiting to be seen by the same doctor for more than an hour. We even complained about this to the doctor who just shrugged it off like it was a normal practice. The management should seriously take a note of this behavior by the staff, or should put a sign board saying "White patients only!"
