Dr Chan has always been extremely helpful with I have attended his practice since I was a child, he has always gone above and beyond.

I had chronic pain with my lower back and upper thigh
I couldn’t sleep the pain was exhausting, medication did not help scans ultra sounds couldn’t find the issue! Dr Chan told me he would perform acupuncture and it would take my pain away, me being very skeptical didn’t believe in any of those kinds of practices!!

I went there 3 times once a week on a Saturday after the second session my pain was completely gone! I couldn’t believe it but it had worked,! From that point forward I have told anyone with any form of nerve pain back etc to go see Dr Chan

Very helpful & friendly Dr. who will try to help you, if he is able to do so. Always calls if he goes on holidays, & his office manager is also lovely, working at reception. Makes seeing the Dr a pleasant experience, & when yr unwell, the last thing you want is to be uncomfortable, or to not feel welcome. Highly recommend this Medical Centre. Just call ahead, to make appt, & you are in & out as fast as possible. Wonderful people.

My family, In laws, friends and I have been seeing Dr Chan for 10 years. He is fast and efficient and professional.

He is RACGP qualified and has the certificate displayed in his room. Maybe there’s too much stuff to look at and the person who left a bad review missed it but he is accredited and certified and definitely qualified professional family friendly GP.

He also offers acupuncture which helps release any blockages in your body the ancient Chinese way. When I was a child I would get acupuncture for runny nose/ cold/flu. Much more effective natural way than taking pills. After having 2 children, acupuncture helps with my intense neck and back pain that I would normally need a deep painful tissue massage to get rid of.

All doctors require waiting time, book an appointment to shorten the waiting time. It’s not the drs fault that they run late. Dr Chan always listens patiently to his patients. He is a great family doctor that actually cares for his patients.
