This is a wonderful practice. I have attended for over two years and presented complex issues and a challenging personality. Dr Simone Shaw has always made me feel heard and respected. She has obviously put a lot of work into creating a welcoming and trustworthy practice. The attention to detail is purposeful. Dr Shaw has carefully selected staff that match her values and goal to create a positive and caring environment. From the colour scheme to the spacious and comfortable offices. Soft music, nice smells and a friendly smile and offer of a cup of tea every time. The contrast with my Psychiatrist is like night and day. Never even got offered a glass of water in that dark unfriendly dungeon. Not all practices are the same. Dr Shaw cares. She must be proud of her achievement. Feeling comfortable and respected while clinically anxious is available at Sure Psychology. I worked with other Psychologists within her practice, who all showed the same high standard of care and communication that Dr Shaw expects. I worked closely with Dr Shaw. Her reports were consistent with our sessions. I had no concerns that she was motivated by anything other than a genuine desire to help me. I trusted Dr Shaw as a good person, as well as being highly professional and reliable. I was always treated with dignity and extraordinary patience. Due to her consistent and reliable work ethic, there was no need to worry about any reports surprising me or issues not being followed up on. You can trust in this excellent professional to do everything she can, in the right way, everytime. Compassionate and kind. With an empathetic understanding that comes from experience without becoming jaded or tired. I know she went the extra mile with me, while always remaining professional and trustworthy. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this fantastic practice.

Great team. Never previously found a psychologist I was comfortable with or that i could really talk too. Gave me some great practical advice to help with my issues. Very happy. Highly recommended.
