Claudia has been in supported independent living with Supports by Design (IFYS) for over 2 years and has a range of complex needs and health challenges. As a parent your concerns often lie with your hope that your child receives care and passion as you would like to give at home with the same safety and respect. The support staff at Claudia's accommodation have been wonderful in providing modern practices and holistic care to Claudia. I am completely comfortable that she is always in good hands. The support she receives is far better than I could ever provide.

I have regular communications with house management and staff and they contact me of any concerns and if needed guidance or suggestions ie we are able to work as a team with staff and can support each other to provide the best outcomes possible for Claudia. The staff also persist with difficult tasks as needed, provide good documentation ( essential for NDIS reviews) and each staff member brings their talents to enrich Claudia's life.

Based on my experience I can highly recommend the service. Claudia is living her best life and whilst the stresses on a parent never leave you, I know she has a great team working towards a common goal to support her with good energy, enthusiasm and innovative thought.

My daughter Sharon has been in supports by design accommodation for over 5years. I had been caring for her for 42 years and it was an emotional time for me to let her go. I could not ask for better care. The staff are wonderful and very supportive. She is close by and I see her every week. She is living her best life . Any issues that arise is dealt with promptly.
