When I called ahead, the man on the phone was very helpful and assured me they could fit the leg brace, as they had mobility specialists available. He also confirmed they could match a cheaper price I found online. However, when I arrived, it was a completely different experience.

The mobility specialist seemed uninterested and lacked both knowledge and empathy. Despite knowing the brace specs from my GP, I was told they couldn’t fit the brace and directed to a physio instead. They also couldn’t answer a basic question about whether I could or should sleep with the brace on. On top of that, the price match wasn’t honored, and I had to pay full price.

To make matters worse, the brace was handed to me in a clear bag with no paperwork, instructions, or care guidelines. I had to specifically ask for this, and only then did they find another package with the necessary documentation.

Overall, the service was disappointing and unprofessional, even though the pharmacy seemed well-stocked. While the initial phone call gave me confidence, the in-store experience left me frustrated and dissatisfied. I wouldn’t rely on them for anything beyond basic purchases.

I’m so impressed with this Pharmacy, I’ve had many items sent to me from Super Pharmacy Plus as I live interstate -
it’s always delivered safely with bubble wrap and a fragile sticker placed on the box. Well done guys! Quality service and price.

My dad has been going to SuperPharmacy for over 30 years. He has had exceptional service there. I was “Super” impressed when I had to go with him to pick his scripts up. Not only do they keep his scrips there (sent by his doctor) but they also let you know when you’re low on them and assist with that. A massive shoutout to Laura,
one of the pharmacists, mostly and the other lovely team. (There is a team member with short brown hair and a cute smile that we love also but unfortunately don’t know her name 😢). They’ve been going for a gazillion years and hope they’ll be there for another gazillion years. Absolute top notch! 200% recommend!

I recently visited Super Pharmacy Plus to get assistance with fitting a moon boot, and I had the pleasure of being helped by Gen. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and empathetic. She patiently explained how to properly wear and adjust the moon boot, ensuring it fit perfectly and also took the time to answer all of my questions.

While the ordering was very easy, I cannot give 5 stars as I am currently besides myself with anger that they are using the worst courier service (Aramex) in Australia.
Aramex did not deliver my order. The driver did not even attempt delivery (I was at home the whole day waiting for it like a fool my Ring Camera which it motion activated also clearly showed that no attempts were made.)
What was supposed to be a simple online order and delivery, ended up wasting hours of my time, trying to talk to Aramex, and rescheduling a re-delivery. (Which I doubt will happen if other Aramex feedback is to be believed)
My advice, if you are planning on buying something from SuperPharmacyPlus insist that it is shipped with Australia Post and not with the worst courier of the Southern Hemisphere.

I know that I am not the only person who is having issues with Aramex (that company has 1.2 stars after all) and online merchants should be taken pro-active steps not to use a sub-par courier service providers as delivery is part of the online shopping experience. Instead of having a smooth purchase.

Edit:
My order finally arrived. The courier (Aramex), did not even bother to ring, but threw the parcel in front of the house. Everything nicely on video (and I was at home).
At least it was delivered and I was not forced to drive to the depot which is over one hour away.

After reading the reply from SuperPharmacyPlus, I amended my review. In future I when I buy something again I will make sure that I use Australia Post in future.

Had the pleasure of being served by Mikayla at the Stafford store. Her product knowledge with mobility walkers was fantastic. Her friendliness and compassion helping my sister and I with our mother with dementia to choose and trial options was amazing. Thank you Mikalya you made the experience so stressfree and we’ve come out with a great product at a great price and feeling very good about our purchase
