On behalf of my Dad and Step Mum: On our way to Queensland my husband’s portable oxygen concentrator stopped charging. So we detoured to the Griffith Supagas branch to seek assistance.
Jason and the team at Griffith were absolutely fantastic, we could not have chosen a better branch to assist us! Thanks to Jason’s efforts we received a replacement device within 1.5 days. They could not have done anymore to ensure we got back on the road asap.

My first point of contact with Supagas GriffIth was with Jacqui who commenced the ball rolling fir me to activate a business account with Supagas Griffith A follow up visit was arranged for John to discuss our requirements Both John and Jacqui went above and beyond with their customer service. It was due to extremely poor customer service with Elgas Wodonga that I changed my gas supplier. Gas rates were super competitive. I contacted the Griffith office and spoke to Narelle. She was very pleasant and very helpful. She explained the requirements for my needs and organised it immediately at a much better deal than offered by rivals. Jason arrived with my gas and checked my fittings before connecting. Both fantastic staff members and made it a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend them personally to anyone.

The best customer service we’ve experienced in a long time!!
Our gas tank stopped working while travelling and John went above and beyond to help us. Not only did he fix our gas bottle but he took the time to show us and explain what the issue was so we could avoid it in the future.
