Can not thank blue cross enough for the care they gave my beloved mum, mum was only there for a short while, but from day one we knew we had choose the best place for her to be, The staff from the bottom to the top were amazing in the care they gave mum, and when she went into palliative care they went above and beyond, I truly believed they prolong mums life with the care they gave her, i visited mum everyday and was always greeted with a smile and a chat, I felt part of the blue cross family, and will miss all the staff and residents, the respect and walk of honour they gave mum when she passed will stay in my heart forever, again from the bottom of my heart I thank each and everyone of you, and if I need to go into aged care I’m coming back to you guys,,, bless you all ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️, an honourable mention to luxe, who always made my day 🥰🥰🥰🥰

My mother was in Western Gardens for 4 years and has just passed away.
The staff at Western Gardens are SO amazing and treat residents with respect and dignity.
The staff go above and beyond the call of duty.
No complaining just heads down and full steam looking after the residents.
Some of the stand out staff are Luxe, Natalie, Janetta, Haycey, Virginia, Mark, Lia and George.
The manager Varinder is so so supportive, Caring and a manager that listens to all feedback and actions if required.
Since Varinder has taken over Western Gardens has got so much better.
I HIGHLY recommend Western Gardens to anyone looking to have there loved ones looked after.

My Dad is currently in here, this is the second time we have come here, first for respite and now permanently. I highly recommend this facility. All staff are so caring and attentive from nurses to management to floor staff. They aren't short-staffed, if they are it doesn't affect the level of care which is a plus for us. Special mention of Helen and Theresa the coordinators who were very supportive and helpful and really streamlined the whole process of moving my Dad over, thank you so much! Nurses and staff communication is excellent, the moment an incident occurs or a specialist is ordered for my Dad they immediately update us. Highly recommend this facility for your loved one. Clean and cosy feel, meals are good and on a set routine. Thank you Bluecross Western Gardens, you made this whole process a positive one for our family and for looking after a very important member of our family, my Dad with dignity and respect at their most vulnerable time in life.

Clean,food is great. I don’t need to worry about my mum because l know she is in good hands. My mum is still settling in as it’s only been a week,but every time l visit she is clean and dressed beautifully.

Staff is incredibly rude, ignorant, malevolent and they do not care about the residents in need. Had a family member pass away after complete ignorance from an employee who failed to assist him when needed. Do yourselves a favour and send family members to better aged care facilities, this is the wrong place. Absolutely Pathetic. - KW

Strongly incompetent. When the residents need their help the most, the workers just give up and ignore everyone's request for help. If you send your relatives here you're never seeing them again.
