Thank you so much to the beautiful Maria for carrying out my scan today, she was professional, kind, compassionate and just an all round delight! You can tell she really loves what she does. She made the process an enjoyable and smooth one and it was by far, the BEST I’ve ever had ☺️
Can’t forget the lovely ladies at the front desk too, they’re super lovely and greet you with a smile ☺️

Waited over an hour
Ultrasound missed things was inaccurate
Doctor care poor as had emergency condition and not priority with an ambulance but had to organise my own uber to SCUH
Felt unheard and dismissed
Reception discussed patients conditions and concerns openly which I felt should be kept confidential and professional

My sonographer Hawa(I hope I haven’t misspelled) was amazing with my 12 week early anatomy scan. Very gentle, caring, professional and thorough.
