Both times i have tried to get an appointment it has been a massive delay. Why promote yourselves to doctors when you can not book patients within an acceptable time frame. Absolutely average!!

Way better experience with the Maroochydore team, the reception ladies are very compassionate and patient with me for my anxiety and Alice who did my ultrasound was also so compassionate and patient, very informative, just amazing compared to other places. Thank you !

I received a call to book an MRI in as I was advised would happen. After chaotic discussion I accepted an 8am appointment on a Monday and was told this was the first appointment of the day but to turn up at 7.45am to fill out paperwork and even though they won't be open that early, someone would be there. They person I spoke to was pleasant but kept talking over the top of me, talking fast and not allowing me to get a word in or finish a sentence. It took a while to get her to hear me and understand which time slot would suit me for my work hours.
Later that day I received a text message to confirm my appointment for 7.15am I was at work and unable to call to question this but sent a quick replying Y to confirm as I didn't want to lose my appointment. I double checked the google website and it said opening 8am Monday.
I turned up for my appointment at 7.30am thinking I would be extra early to find the place open and a busy waiting room.
When called to the counter I was told I was late and spoken to rudely by a female staff member, the only one not wearing a name badge but not the same person who I spoke to on the phone. I explained the phone conversation I had when booking, she didn't want to know about it. She said she would go and find out if they could still fit me in. On her return she said they could do it, I would have to wait and spoke to me like I was a child.
While sitting and filling out my paperwork my partner and I listened and witnessed her treat every single person that she served the same way.
When returning from my scan my partner said this continued while I was gone.
If this business has recorded phone calls I would urge them to review them, also to update your online opening hours and lastly observe your staff people skills, or lack of.

Absolutely amazing experience getting an MRI. The team were patient, calm & friendly.

I first went there in the late afternoon when it wasn’t busy, and then again in the morning and it was as busy as it gets with a big line up with 3 reception staff.

Firstly, this review is not about the practise or the staffers who work there. It's about an attending physician. I had a procedure at this site, requiring a cortisone injection. The staffer who prepped me, advised that the dr performing the procedure was a man of few words and not to be offronted by his manner. They weren't wrong. What a rude, brusque individual this man is. And importantly, the procedure, which was a repeat from a few months ago (performed by another dr at another XRay imaging site) has had little effect, still in pain and I will probably have to get another referral for the same procedure...but will not go back to this branch for fear of getting this knobhead again. And, it hurt like hell, which was not my experience when I first had the same procedure done, the last time.
