I’d like to thank Dr Shane and assistant Maddy for their professional, confident service they did for me on Tuesday 23rd. Having to have my bloods done under ultrasound due to hard to reach veins , they achieved this in one go. Mind you my anxiety was threw the roof as I dread this procedure. Dr Shane, I’m truly so grateful you made this seem so easy , and Maddy for the comfort she showed. I highly recommend this X-ray and imaging place and not to forget the kind, helpful staff at the desk. Many thanks Team 😊.

I find the need to once again thank the team at X-ray and imaging Minyama .
Needing to have bloods again and the anxiety I get prior to the procedure, needing to have it done by ultrasound due to deep difficult veins , the staff from front desk Leah to Maddy , Van Danne , Dr Shane Dies they very quickly put me at ease and Dr Shane once again had my bloods taken before i knew it. Truly I can’t thank you enough for your professional care and ability. The staff all make me feel so settled and I know I’m in good hands. Unless you have this vein issue it’s hard to understand how grateful it can make you. I highly recommend this practice for any procedure

I was booked in for a Ct scan with contrast so received a print out of instructions to be carried out. These included to fast 2-4 hours and stay hydrated.
To arrive at 10.35am for a 10.45am appointment.
I did all these thing only to sit there till 11.30 am with no explanation and no apology.
An elderly lady that came in after me went in for her ct scan before me.
I then never received a contrast Ct as it was deemed unnecessary but the lady doing the scan, so I was on the bed for all of 5 minutes.
On leaving I told the receptionists of my experience only to be told “ I juggled around the booking as we were running late” even though nothing had been expressed to me of any situation they were having.
I will never return to this unprofessional business again.
A simple explanation or apology would of gone a long way.

Thank you to all the staff at the pain clinic. I rang in absolute pain in my lower back thinking I would be crippled with pain for weeks till I could get an appointment but the staff so understanding managed to get me in the next day and I walked out pain free. Thank you Dr Sally, Denise and all the staff . You are all the most compassionate people I have had the pleasure in meeting. For me the procedure is a slightly uncomfortable as I hate needles but way better than putting up with that excruciating pain from the facet joints. The staff just calm you and are so understanding even though I’m a big sook when I comes to needles and Dr Sally you are a true professional and so gentle. Yesterday I couldn’t lay or sit, I was distressed and was exhausted from no sleep. Today I can move, sleep, and sit down and I am PAIN FREE. Thank you, thank you and thank you. I would recommend anyone to this clinic. It’s my absolute pleasure in doing this review.

Appalling service, the radiographer was rude and was rough with my suspected broken hand causing additional pain. When I asked if it looked broken, was told abruptly (not politely) "I'm not telling you that". 5 days later the urgent request has not been completed for the doctor to assess.

I would like to say that after attending this clinic a few times in the past year, I have always found the staff wonderful and helpful. They are all so friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend here every time.

I have been a work in progress and I have to say that I have received nothing but excellent care. From the moment you walk through the front door, Leah is super efficient and friendly and all the staff are the same. Very happy with everything.

I had to get a number of tests done and the team were so friendly, helpful and cheerful. Nothing was too much trouble and they all explained everything so I knew what was happening. I would definitely recommend.
