Exceptional service and care for my mum in an aged care centre – Bek and her team helped mum overcome her fear of falling and to walk again after the aged care physiotherapists had given up.

Being able to walk is my Mum’s highest priority for well-being. Bek and her team worked with my mum and liaised with the professional staff at the centre as well as other allied health professionals (Occupational Therapist etc) and achieved a miracle … mum is walking!!!!

Another significant outcome is having external health professionals visiting my mum provides me with important insights to improve her care, particularly in relation to health issues. Bek and her team always contact me if there are changes in mum's state of mind or health and will put their concerns into an email that I can then use as additional evidence to get appropriate action taken by mum’s doctor and the staff. I no longer feel alone or powerless in trying to make mum's life more satisfying and rewarding in the aged care centre.

I started with Bek at Sunshine Coast Neuro Rehab over two years ago.
Bek realised my NDIS program wasn’t being fully utilised and she helped me establish an effective program, suggesting other health professionals who have also helped me greatly.

Bek is excellent at seeing the bigger picture and engages with her broad network of health professionals to best help her clients like me.

Bek is also an outstanding physio.
She carefully assesses my needs and introduces programs of therapy for me which have proven to be highly effective.
Bek’s team is also highly skilled and effective.

Janice, a physio assistant on Bek’s team, comes to my house weekly to implement Bek’s program.

I have improved greatly in the last couple of years, and most of the credit for that goes to Bek and Sunshine Coast Neuro Rehab.
