0 Stars if I could! We entrusted this organisation with the care of a vulnerable adult, expecting professionalism, appropriate boundaries, and oversight. Unfortunately, the support provided fell far below acceptable standards. Serious lapses in judgment by staff led to situations that were completely inappropriate and exploitative, given the client’s condition.
When such fundamental safeguards are overlooked, it raises grave concerns about training, supervision, and ethical standards within the organisation. I hope this review serves as a wake-up call for much-needed improvements in staff conduct and accountability. Despite the gravity of the situation, no apology has been offered. Neither management nor the CEO has contacted us to acknowledge what happened or to take responsibility. This experience has left us deeply concerned about the organisation’s ethical standards, internal accountability, and commitment to safeguarding those in their care. I hope this review prompts serious reflection and change—families and individuals deserve better.

Since Lisa the new boss at scils came in 2019 has told what I can, t do and what too do wich I Don, t like people telling me that and I was very upset aboat this that I left scils because of this reason she is not a nice person too be around and I felt unwelcome at scils 😢
