I saw Ram for the first time about a year ago, on a friend's recommendation. Great cooking class, worked my observation about taste, smell, texture of food. Made more confident about using spices and why to use them. What to use and what to avoid for this season. Now I'm more adventurous in my cooking. Yummy food. Great people 🍽 I'm ready waithing for winter cooking class cause it change every season 😋

I have just finished a 14 days Panchakarma package with Sunshine Ayurveda, The whole journey was very gentle, but deep. I feel like i really reset my body and its learning now to function again. During the whole journey even now, I felt supported from Dr. Ram and his team. Dr. Ram has a lot of knowledge and if you do such a deep cleanse you I can confidently say you are in good hands. He really knows what he is doing. The pricing is very fair for what you get and it was the best decision that i made to go on this journey. I learned alot and have now new skills that i use on my daily life to life. When I had a question i could either call, email or txt and he was always there to support me and assist me on the journey. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE to do a DETOX using PANCHAKARMA best experience, and makes completely sense the way it is done. Thank you so much.

Dr Ram Bhandari is a very experienced and sincerely caring practitioner devoted to the healing and well-being of his patients. I undertook a 3 week Panchakarma treatment under his care (April-May 2022). Ayurveda and Dr Bandhari's traditional treatments are tailored to individual needs. My mental, emotional and physical health have all improved in this short space of time. I am continuing post-treatment care with Dr Bandhari so that I can gradually transition to a healthier way of life and diet that suits my nature and supports me to create sustainable harmony and well-being in my life.
