Customer Service person Jane was very helpful and lovely.
Problems don't seem to be with these guys but the are coming from the distributor.
Have been contacted and given some satisfaction.
Received my Sterling S425. Do like what I got for the money I paid but still not a perfect scooter for the area I live in. Not enough accessories available. Chargers cant survive power outage even with a surge devise. Definately not suitable for cooler climate. WASTE OF MONEY !!! Scooter seat pops out of its lock if you come across a deep hole or drop.

Must say, extremely helpful when it comes to customer service! They always take care of my mother's chair throughout the years. Such a great business offering essential services run by absolute narrow minded managers with absolutely no people skills whatsoever.
No leaders here. All bosses with the attitudes to match. Spineless two faced mentality with a splash of brown tonguing will get you everywhere in this company. If you value stepping all over people, pissing down their backs whilst telling them it's raining, then this is the place for you.
