Rude and ridiculing receptionist. Went about a concern and was laughed at saying it wasn’t something of concern. Didn’t attend appointment because I was made to feel so embarrassed. Working in a health care setting, even as a receptionist you should have some empathy.

I went to the emergency room last week, and then the emergency room transferred me to this clinic(SC HS). The first doctor I saw had a good attitude. Then I asked her if I could go back and see him if I wasn't healed yet, and he said yes. So after a week, I went back to the doctor before I recovered, but they gave me another doctor. This doctor is amazing. As soon as I entered, he directly asked me why you came here. Do you know that you are not allowed to come here? Then I explained it to him, but he repeated it again. I quarreled with him directly, and then told me that he was sent from Melbourne and that he was the best dermatologist here. Then both doctors here diagnosed me with the wrong case. The second doctor prescribed medicine for me to take. After I took it, I immediately had chills and fever at night. Then I went to check him and he said that the rash on my body was cured by the medicine he prescribed to me. He then asked me whether I had COVID-19 and asked me to go home and check myself. After I went home and checked, I didn't get Covid. It was the medicine he prescribed. He also said that he is the best dermatologist here. He is a very irresponsible doctor. If you need me to reveal his name, I can

Booked in for a follow up appointment - Dr. Gale was extremely rude. Said some inappropriate statements resulting to my partner in me crying during my app. I was asked if I smoked and I said yes, and he told my partner to take out my IUD and get me pregnant so I have to stop instead of offering me treatment. He got aggresive towards the fact I had an app with an Emergency Doctor through the use of Telehealth due to being in lockdown and lack of utilities where I live. Took a 5-10 minute phone call in the middle of my app and was having a go at whomever he was speaking too. Did not listen to my problems and was quite aggresive as to why I had travelled for a GP app. Worst doctor I have had, and I have visited 70+. I was going to ask about a mental health plan but his behaviour made me not want to bring anything up with him. Not happy as I have a lot of health issues and needed help.

A great service for chronic disease and fitness. Not widely known of, but you can self refer if you can't see your GP. My chronic diseases have been greatly improved since attending the Service and their professional staff ⚕️.

After multiple unsatisfactory visits, I stopped going after the doctor made an extremely sexist and very much outdated remark. It's 2022, we are in Australia, and a woman's relationship status has absolutely ZERO to do with her healthcare! That was the last straw for me. I have previously watched him read documents from other doctors, and then he's made comments outside of his scope of practice.

Saw an African doctor yesterday, he clearly didn’t want to address the health issues that I went in for he was more interested in asking me if I was single/married and asked if I was up to date with Pap smears and breast checks. Why does my relationship status even have to be asked about if it doesn’t relate to my visit.
I will now search for a doctor that is professional and is happy to address the health issue that I needed help with.
Do not send me your generic response to have me call and discuss this issue I have no interest in dealing with this clinic at all.
Staff at reception were more interested in talking to a friend at the counter rather than doing their job.
I will also be putting in a complaint to the appropriate people to discuss this matter further.
My main point for this review is to make other women aware of this doctors unhelpful manner and his need to talk about their relationship status and his need to conduct Pap smears and breast checks.
