Dr. Kerri is so patient to my son. She was nice and professional. She used easy way to explain my son's situation and how to take care of him. A very good experience for my first visit this Medical Center. The reception staffs are also friendly. They really care about the patients.

Had a wonderful experience here.
My original medical centre didn’t have any saline in stock and I needed an urgent iron infusion. I called this practice and they had one in stock and had me in within a few days.
Nurse Elaine was absolutely amazing. I was so nervous and she put my mind at ease. The doctor followed up with me during the iron infusion and asked if I was feeling ok and what I’d expect in coming days which I thought was nice.

All staff were so friendly and I was so happy with my experience here I’ve now made it my new go to doctors practice!

My left eye had inflamed, this started to be painful.
this was a Saturday and Karen was so helpful and eventually managed for Dr. Ann Hi to see me. Both the doctor and Karen was very helpful. Karen is the perfect person to be at your front desk.

I am very happy she was working that Saturday morning.

I have been to many different doctors practises in my time and I have never experienced such awful service and dismissal from a doctor like I did today. I left here crying and wasted money. I paid for a snarky attitude and no assistance.

I strongly recommend Dr Tim O'Brien as your GP. Very caring and knowledgeable, easy to talk to. Staff members at the front desk and nursing sister are all very pleasant to deal with.
