First visit today and could not have been made to feel more welcome. It is exciting to see the new owner is investing in the physical environment as well as his staff.

Speaking of staff, I cannot speak highly enough of Dr Lisa - in my 14 years in Queensland she is the first GP I have met who actually CARES about her individual patients.

Without Dr Lisa's persistence and questioning I would probably not be here today. Her prompt responses, proactive follow ups and taking the time to explain everything medical have resolved months of feeling like crap and I am looking forward to the future.

I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now and have always found the doctors to be helpful, even when it’s not my usual GP. They’re also good at running on time, which is much appreciated.

Recently, I brought my elderly mother here after a fall. Given her health complications and age, she was promptly referred for a CT scan. We had the scan done immediately, and within two hours, the doctor called her personally to reassure her that the results were all clear, allowing her to enjoy her weekend with peace of mind. That level of care and thoughtfulness really stood out to me.

I do miss the fish tank, though! Bring it back, and I’ll happily make this a 5-star review!

I am regular patient with cornice disease I visit my GP Dr Hebbeh every week she is very kind and caring and professional doctor I glad that I am under her care .
Today I also meet the nurse in clinic her name is Ruba she is lovely and very responsible and caring she done all her job with smiling which makes me feel more comfortable

This place is so different to what is was a few months ago when I was in the area. So glad to see a doctor place that doesn’t treat patients like numbers anymore. My daughter really needed help and the guy at the front who I think is some kind of manager was so helpful and got us sorted. Even personally called us the next day to make sure we were ok.

Sunnybank Hills Family Practice: Despite being very disappointed that the clinic I had been attending for a few years decided to no longer bulk bill a couple of years ago, I have been very happy with other aspects of this clinic. If I could find a comparable clinic that bulk-billed I would consider making the switch in a heart beat but until then, I’m happy to stay with Sunnybank Hills Family Practice. Attending the practice today, my experience was exceptional however considerable the gap payment was.

Great first impression made by the staff at this practice. Really liked Dr Lisa - she’s a straight shooter and willing to listen in the pursuit of a diagnosis. It’s not easy finding a doctor who’s willing to listen so this was a pleasant experience.

TODAY I had a disappointing experience at this clinic regarding unclear billing practices and poor communication. I visited the clinic for reactive lymph nodes, which I had already confirmed were due to a previous root canal. Dr. Dipti recommended an ultrasound to rule out any concerns. Before proceeding, I specifically asked the receptionist whether I would be charged for reviewing the test results as I thought tests are unnecessary, and I was clearly told that there would be no additional charge for getting results. Based on this assurance, I went ahead with the ultrasound just to make my mind clear. After receiving my results, I called to book a follow-up with Dr. Dipti to get my results, only to be informed that she only works on Saturday and this week its fully booked and next week would not be available as she is on leave. The clinic then recommended that I see a different doctor, Dr. Lisa, for the results. When I visited for my follow-up, as expected, the results confirmed what I already knew before paying 270 dollars. I was expecting antibiotics, and she informed me to visit a dentist and get checked with them if they think that it’s not about root canal, they will have to redo the tests again (which I did not expect from the doctor). More to this, I was surprised to be asked to pay again just to receive my results—something I was initially told would be free. When I raised this concern, the receptionist (who was different from the one I had spoken to earlier who also claimed that he is one of the managers of the clinic) insisted that I had to pay, claiming I should have asked about charges again this morning. This was highly frustrating because I had already clarified this before getting the tests done. I can think like because of different doctor they might have charged but again they are the one who recommended to check with her. If I had known there would be an extra charge to get the results, I would not have proceeded with the ultrasound in the first place. I hold a private insurance which does not provide the complete service, and this clinic is not in there service at all. 85 dollars for 5 min of service each time. The lack of transparency and inconsistency in communication from staff is unacceptable. Additionally, every time I’ve visited this clinic, two times to myself and couple of times for friends, there have been long wait times and unorganised service. Surely this is the last time I’ll visit. Definitely not recommended this poor service clinic.
