Friendly staff, health practitioners that listen, and a great mission. I was able to get an appointment the day I needed it. When I arrived, I was offered tea or coffee, and every staff member that walked past said hello and asked how I was going. Sunny Street have obviously put real thought into how to help patients feel like people.

Today was my first visit and I was anxious. The staff were empathetic, kind, and generous (I got some free meals). I felt like at last I was being listened to and understood. Thank-you. Sunny Street aptly named for the sunny, joyful workers.

Biased and poorly organised, I would be a millionaire if I could charge them late cancellation fees, they should at least let you know if they cannot follow their appointments.. Nova is okay but mostly unavailable, her nurses on the other hand will pretend to play doctors but base their comments on stigmas and have more an antagonising and arguing personality leading to miscommunications and neglect.. the nurses are not supposed to give medication advices or try to make you take a certain medication or encourage you to do a different medication to what was prescribed by your doctor, they should not try diagnose you or change your diagnosis based on their own beliefs of diagnostics or anything cos they are not qualified or employed to do so firstly, but also they are not part of the inner-rapport you may have exchanged with your doctor or have access to those communications. If dr Nova was to leave the clinic I would love to be her client again, but I am worried that the logistic and the lack of professionalism from her team is what has caused them to destroy the relationship we had built over the last year.. total slackers unfortunately, don't waste your time here if you have serious health issues or if you have been stigmatised or are victims of social innequality.
