I wouldn’t let these so called Drs operate on my dog let alone on people. DO NOT go here. Absolute butchers that have no idea what they’re doing. Local GP was horrified when he saw the work.

My husband went in to have a skin check, fist time with this clinic. He had 2 biopsies which cost $190. Had to go back a week later to have one cut out and one burned off. He was in for 15 mins and that appointment cost $290. Both visits we got $42 back from Medicare. No we don’t have a concession card. I can’t get my head around the cost. I went to my GP who dose skin checks. He cost $100 for the biopsy then bulk bills the removal/cut out if needed. Looks like we won’t be going to a skin doctor again but just to our GP.

Booked an appt after not having a check for a few years. The doctor who checked me was extremely thorough and looked at every single little blemish on my skin. I am extremely confident after that. Some other doctors I have had in the past (not at sun doctors) just looked at a couple of my moles with the naked eye and told me I was fine. This doctor was extremely wily thorough! Love it.

Very commercially driven with booking rechecks...feels like salespeople are pushing to get you back in the door for the dollars.

I appreciate a reminder or two as the 12 month mark approaches, but not multiple calls in a week to push me to commit to an appointment time after I've already advised that I'd call to book when I have better visibility to my availability.

I'm also not a high risk patient, so I find it difficult to believe it's driven by a genuine concern for my health and wellbeing.
