I’d highly recommend this clinic. The staff are lovely and make you feel comfortable. The clinic is clean tidy and quiet. Nice and easy quick appointments for me. My only suggestion is to be to provided with care instructions after you have lesions removed as I ended up with an infection which was quite painful and needed antibiotics. Other than that I was happy and would come back.

5-Star Review for Sun Doctors

I visited Sun Doctors yesterday for a consultation and treatment to remove some sun spots, along with a biopsy for a spot on my leg. I was extremely impressed by the professionalism and care shown by the team.

The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. They explained each step clearly and took the time to address my questions and concerns. The clinic was clean and welcoming, and the procedure was performed efficiently and with great care.

"Hi xxx your doctor is running 30+ minutes behind"
That would've sufficed and I would've made it work but no.
Had no problem calling and texting me after I had to leave to get back to work.
Waste of time.

Beyond disappointed. Called twice to confirm fees for children, to be told on two separate occasions kids are bulked billed! On the day to be charged over $100 each kid! Just pure greed to be honest with you! Will never use or recommend your services to anyone! At least you could have called myself (the one that booked) to advise of these change of mind fees. My husband was like deer in the head lights and just paid it!

Ok.........having had my last Skin check performed in Sydney NSW some 20+ years ago. I was to say a little nervous. However from the minute I walked into the practice I was put at ease first by the Receptionist she was totally wonderful. Then the Doctor was fantastic and answered any questions I asked. Highly recommend this Skin Doctor at Booval.
