The doctors are amazing but some of the receptionist need to learn to listen. My sister tried once to book an appointment the receptionist was so negative and kept pushing her point when my sister already told her thats ok let's move on I'm happy to do that. She was rude didn't listen and had my mentally unstable sister not wanting to reach out for help. Do better

As someone with multiple chronic illnesses I have to access GP services quite often, I am unfortunately a regular at Sundale medical. However despite how stressful it is being so chronically unwell, Sundale medical always makes me feel welcome and comfortable.
The ladies at reception are absolutely wonderful, so kind and accomodating and always patient with me when I get overwhelmed with all my appointments or if I mix something up. It is really important as someone who has no choice in accessing health so often, to have a good experience and to feel safe and comfortable.
Sundale looks after me, remembers me, remembers my name when I come in … the little things make living with chronic disease so much easier.
Dr Gregg is amazing and has been looking after me for the better half of a year and has been incredible supportive, professional and thorough in his approach to my care.

My daughter had an extreme pain due to an eye infection. Being a Saturday morning, I first rushed to 24 hour clinic in Southport where there were no Dr.'s available at Noon due to their reduced staff !!
Thereafter my wife checked with Sundale medical and luckily an appointment was available with Dr. Hameid, a thorough Gentleman. I must admit, he made my daughter feel comfortable, did all the tests diligently and reassured her. The meds prescribed showed remarkable improvement in a short period.
Overall a perfect practice when it comes to patient care.

If you want to see anyone at Sundale Medical, make the appointment using the Health Engine app as the receptionists are totally incompetent. I saw the nurse and doctor Monday for a vax and requested an appointment with the physio. Appointment was booked for Wednesday but when I showed up, the physio doesn't work Wednesdays. Receptionist booked me for Friday but when I showed up on Friday, was told by the same receptionist that there was no appointment Not a very professional fron dest for a medical center.

Amazing practice. The receptionists are always helpful and Dr Mayada Zaki is incredible. She is the best doctor I’ve had - genuinely cares about her patients and goes above and beyond to get to the bottom of an issue. I’ve recommended many friends and family to her.
