After years not visiting Doctors, I booked for Dr. Suzanne Christine for the first time, she is an amazing professional & excellent GP. She knew my problem straight away. Thanks, Dr Suzanne, for all you've done for me from the health check to the medications. Not to forget the receptionists, all of them great. Tina

A very incompetent, badly organised medical centre. I found the staff to be rude, and very unprofessional in their approach, unable to handle any conflict or resolution. Mistakes were made with my appointment times and my Medicare rebate. After talking with Medicare and being informed that the mistake was to do with the practice, they would not take any responsibility. As a patient I have rights and after being firm and clear with my communication, I was told I was rude and could not attend the centre anymore. This was also regarding my daughter’s blood test, so they were discriminating on all levels. Not supportive or handing the manner in any professional, polite way. An absolute disgrace. Very typical of small town mentality.

Wonderful practice. I have been a patient at Suncoast Medical Centre for 20 +years and have always been looked after by all the staff. Dr Dean Slawson who is now my treating GP is warm, approachable, and genuinely caring. They create a supportive and non-judgmental environment , making every visit a positive experience

Doctors are great but Receptionist was rude and not helpful at all. I needed an urgent script and Receptionist showed no empathy for my situation, and seemed unwilling to help at all. Receptionist either needs better training or needs to find another career

The team at Suncoast Beach Medical are always very polite and caring. They are great at communicating appointment times and the reception team are first class. Nothing seems to much for them and they are very comforting and supportive. The team of doctors are very professional and take their time not rushing and they all listen to my and my families needs. I highly recommend this practice. We are so lucky to have them in Coolum

Here from Canada and developed an issue. Got a next day appointment, saw Dr. Sharkey who was very helpful including getting me an immediate CT scan at the facility around the corner.
Fortunately nothing serious confirmed by follow up call next day.
Could not be more impressed with this clinic. Canada could learn a lot from these guys.

Dr Suzanne Christine was excellent for our appointment with my 14month old son. She was very thorough in her explanations, attentive and answered all my questions. I didn’t feel rushed during this appointment at all. Will happily book future appointments here.
