I have had knee pain for a decade but after two visits, the pain is pretty much gone. Gail is very knowledgeable and has lots of experience and it shows. She’s very professional and kind and is happy to answer all questions about Bowen. The whole treatment is pain free and calm. Would definitely recommend to others to try this holistic treatment route to address pain.

Gail is a fantastic Bowen therapist. I've been seeing her for some time & she is helping my body heal. Yesterday Gail did lymphatic draining massage on me for the first time. & oh my goodness, l cannot tell you how fantastic l feel today. My whole body feels lighter. My brain clearer. Energy. I feel alive today.....l can't remember the last time l felt this good. My body has struggled with many issues, including long term adrenal exhaustion, thyroid issues, depression, menopausal symptoms.. The list goes on....but seriously after Gail's expert,gentle hands performing lymphatic drainage l feel amazing. This will be my new go to health recovery procedure.....it's working for me & lm sooo grateful. Gail is a wonderful lady. Very professional & caring. Patient & understanding. I have been treated by Gail since 2015 and I have had great results after each Bowen Therapy session. Over the years she has managed to completely resolve various issues such as knee pain (torn meniscus), lower back and neck pain, shoulder pain and a wrist injury after a fall. Several times Bowen treatment has meant that I didn't have to have recommended surgery. Suffering from sore neck and shoulders treatments with Gail always set me back on track ,this time I had a Lymphatic drainage and the next day I felt amazing every thing felt freer, easier to move and over all my body felt so much better. Thanks Gail for such great results every time .
